Joe D. recently decided to put all of his energies into a company that he started up over four years ago as a consultant for Distribution companies and manufactures. Joe D. and his team will concentrate on the wholesale and convenience stores industries. Joe D. has been involved with all channels of trade relating to the Convenience and Grocery Wholesale Industry for over 30 years. Joe’s experience has seen him involved with C-Stores and all retail segments. Joe D. has held management positions with two major companies; the last was McLane Company from 1992 until 2003. That year he decided to use his expertise to create D.S.C.S., Digesare Sales Consulting Solutions, Inc. This allows Joe the ability to recruit and consult for the industries he has been involved with for many years. Joe D. does not like the word "recruiter". Instead, he prefers being a "partner" with both the client companies and candidates he represents. Working in unison with both groups to find and fill positions at every level. Joe's professional group brings the experience and knowledge needed to meet and exceed his clients expectation.

Kevin has been associated with the Retail Food and Petroleum Industry for over 40 years. He began his career in New York State, with a regional supermarket chain, Star Supermarkets, Inc. Working his way through high school and then graduating from the University of Rochester with a degree in Economics, he became the Director of Training and Front-end Operations for the company. He developed all of the employees’ manuals and training programs for the company as well as being responsible for all new and remodeled store openings. He was promoted to the Director of Store Operations and continued in this capacity being responsible for some 40 stores and 2300 employees until the company was acquired the in 1982.
After leaving Star Supermarkets, Kevin began his career in the Petroleum Industry, joining WW Griffith Oil Company, a regional Oil Distributor that had been in existence since 1922 in upper New York State. He began with the organization as the Director of Retail Marketing and was responsible for the convenience store subsidiary of the company, Sugar Creek Stores, Inc. Over a five-year period, Kevin grew the company from 14 stores to 108 locations, being responsible for all aspects of the organization. The company developed into one of the leading regional convenience companies in the Northeast. Kevin left the firm in 1997 after serving both as Vice –President and President of Sugar Creek Corporation.
Kevin then joined Southern Retailers, Inc of Richmond, Virginia as President. There, he organized the operation of a 22-store company to allow for the expansion to 65 stores within a 6-month period. He again was responsible for all of the operations of the company to include an exhaustive cost savings program to enhance the base operations. During his tenure at Southern Retailers, Inc., he increased in- store sales by some 10 % and fuel sales by 20 % before the acquisition of the much larger Fas Mart Convenience Store Company. After the successful merging of the organizations, Kevin founded a regional convenience store operation in North Carolina, Fox Harbour Stores, Inc. He developed the company to 18 store locations within a 6-month period, through the acquisition of 4 regional operators.
During his career, Kevin has been the recipient of many Industry Awards and is a member of the New York State Association of Convenience Stores Hall Of Fame. He has relied on the ‘team’ concept during his professional career and has been very successful in recruiting quality candidates and then developing these individuals into industry executives. Kevin has helped many organizations over the past six years with his Industry knowledge in the concept of personnel development.
