STEP-BY-STEP SEARCH METHODOLOGY
Our process is one that starts with “know what the customer needs” and then tailoring it to fit
the client. We have a process that handles all of your needs from the beginning to the end.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR ORGANIZATION
We can assure our clients that we understand their company and more importantly their culture.
Our mission is to recognize what their goals and expectations are for each position.

DEFINITION OF THE POSITION
We use the position description that the client provides and make sure that we totally understand
what is expected and the type of future associate the company is wanting for each position.

FINDING THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Many sources are used to find the right candidate for each position. We are extremely selective in the candidates that are presented. It is very important that we are presenting a person that not only meets the needs, but is not just another resume. We know our candidates.

COMMUNICATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS
We maintain constant communications between the client and candidate as negotiations are finalized.
Valuable feedback is provided to both parties to assure that all involved are hearing the same thing.FOLLOW UP AFTER THE PLACEMENT
We work with the candidate to assist them in transitioning from their company to yours and follow up with them after they have settled in. This is a relationship business and want our placements to grow with their new company.
